On March 28th, McMaster EcoCAR hosted a Sponsorship Appreciation Night to thank all of the team's sponsors, whose continued support enabled the team to develop as students, engineers, and people.
Representatives from sponsors including General Motors, the Dean of Engineering, student leads, faculty members, and more, gathered at the McMaster Automotive Resource Centre Tuesday night to network, tour the facility, and eat.
Dr. Ali Emadi, Professor and Canada Excellence Research Chair Laureate at McMaster University and Dean Heather Sheardown, Dean of Engineering at McMaster University presented opening remarks at the event. Nilou Keshmiri, Project Manager, presented a celebratory review of the year, and the Cadillac LYRIQ that McMaster EcoCAR will be working with was unveiled at the garage space.
